Refund Policy

We want you to have a great experience with AmpEngineX events and services. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

Event Tickets

  • All ticket sales are final unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

  • If an event is canceled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  • If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within [X] days of the reschedule notice.

Workshops, Classes, or Special Experiences

  • Cancellations made by you 7 days or more before the start date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Merchandise

  • Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds on:

  • Digital downloads

  • Promotional or discounted tickets

  • Items/services clearly marked as non-refundable

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
