We want you to have a great experience with AmpEngineX events and services. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
Event Tickets

All ticket sales are final unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

If an event is canceled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within [X] days of the reschedule notice.
Workshops, Classes, or Special Experiences

Cancellations made by you 7 days or more before the start date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Merchandise

Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Processing Time
